ChannelFlow is a software product owned by Web Mobility (Pty) Ltd and operated under licence by Analytics Direct (Pty) Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose and protect personal information when you visit the ChannelFlow website, contact us, request a demonstration or use ChannelFlow services.

We process personal information in accordance with applicable South African law, including the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”).

Analytics Direct (Pty) Ltd is responsible for personal information collected through the public ChannelFlow website and related sales, marketing, implementation and support interactions, unless otherwise stated. Web Mobility (Pty) Ltd owns the ChannelFlow product and associated intellectual property.

In some circumstances, a ChannelFlow customer may be the responsible party for information processed through its own ChannelFlow workspace, while Analytics Direct acts as an operator providing the platform and related services.

We may collect information such as:

  • Your email address and telephone number.
  • Information submitted through contact or demo requests.
