Submitting an enquiry or booking a demonstration does not create a customer, partnership, employment or agency relationship. Any commercial engagement will be subject to a separate written agreement.
7. Third-party services
ChannelFlow may refer to or integrate with third-party products and services. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Unless expressly stated, reference to a third party does not imply endorsement or partnership.
8. Availability
We do not guarantee that the public website will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend, modify or discontinue website functionality where reasonably necessary.
